Services
Most companies kill termites and hand you off. We finish the job — from the first flashlight in the attic to the last board of new fascia.

For widespread drywood infestations. An odorless, non-staining fumigant penetrates wood no drill can reach. We handle the notice, bagging list, pet plan and gas shut-off, then re-inspect.
When activity is contained and reachable, we drill into the galleries and inject termiticide directly — no tent, no moving out, done in hours.
Subterranean termites come from the ground. We trench and treat around the slab and footings to stop colonies before they climb into the framing.
Our own licensed crew replaces the damaged wood — so there's no hand-off to a second contractor and no third-party markup.
For sales and refinances: inspection, required work and a Notice of Work Completed, billed through escrow and timed to your closing.
| Tent Fumigation | Local Treatment | |
| Best for | Widespread or hidden drywood colonies | Contained, visible, reachable activity |
| Reaches | Every piece of wood in the structure | Treated galleries only |
| Move out? | Yes — about 2½ days | No |
| Time on site | 2–3 days | A few hours |
Not sure? That's what the free inspection is for — we'll recommend the least invasive option that actually works.
